Nikolovski in nekdanji Horjulček Lars uživata 100/h  Wink  Neskončno bomo veseli, če se nam s fotografijo in prisrčno mislijo javi še kdo, ki je svojega najboljšega prijatelja in člana družine našel v zavetišču. Saj vemo: Posvojiš, življenje spremeniš!

V bistvu si kar zelo težko predstavljam trgovske police brez (dekorativne ali negovalne) kozmetike, testirane na živalih. Shocked Tongue Sploh brez najbolj razvpitih - reklamiranih -  popularnih ... Bolj malo bo ostalo gor Huh Cheesy Kaj bo sploh počel npr. P & G (ironično vprašanje; je še vedno več kot dovolj čistil & co.)? Evil

Ampak res, a to pomeni torej nobene kozmetike, šamponov, mil,...ki so bli do sedaj na policah, po moje so praktično vsa testirana od najbolj znanih hiš? Sprašujem, ker si res ne predstavljam čisto točno, kaj to pomeni.

"Regulatory context

The Cosmetics Directive foresees a regulatory framework with the aim of phasing out animal testing. It establishes a prohibition to test finished cosmetic products and cosmetic ingredients on animals (testing ban), and a prohibition to market in the European Community, finished cosmetic products and ingredients included in cosmetic products which were tested on animals (marketing ban).

The testing ban on finished cosmetic products applies since 11 September 2004; the testing ban on ingredients or combination of ingredients applies since 11 March 2009.

The marketing ban applies since 11 March 2009 for all human health effects with the exception of repeated-dose toxicity, reproductive toxicity and toxicokinetics. For these specific health effects the marketing ban will apply step by step as soon as alternative methods are validated and adopted in EU legislation with due regard to the OECD validation process, but with a maximum cut-off date of 10 years after entry into force of the Directive, i.e., 11 March 2013, irrespective of the availability of alternative non-animal tests."

Z 11. marcem sta prepovedana uvoz in prodaja testirane kozmetike (in posameznih sestavin) znotraj EU, zaloga kozmetike, ki že obstaja, pa bo ostala do porabe. Velja tudi za kozmetiko, ki bi bila/bo testirana zunaj EU - pri nas je ne bo dovoljeno prodajati.

Pravne službe še preverjajo vso zakonodajo v izogib luknjam in obvozom, več info o tem pa bo na voljo v roku meseca oz. dveh. Zato je in bo še vedno smiselno spremljati certifikate, kot je skakajoči zajček in vsi ostali, navedeni v novički. Dolgoročen cilj ECEAE in partnerjev pa je prepovedati testiranje kozmetike in posameznih sestavin na mednarodni ravni.

*Substance: a chemical element and its compounds in the natural state or obtained by any manufacturing process, including any additive necessary to preserve its stability and any impurity deriving from the process used but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition.

Hvala za vprašanje, ja: pod kozmetiko ne spadajo zgolj ličila, ampak vsi izdelki, ki jih uporablajmo za nego kože, las, nohtov ipd. Torej mila, šamponi, kreme, dezodoranti, parfumi, lakci, senčila ipd., vse pade v kozmetični koš.
